Developing an indicator framework for a maternal and neonatal clinic in Colombia
The Maternal and Neonatal Clinic of Tolima in Colombia has been providing services to poor and underserved pregnant women and mothers in Colombia since 2004, focusing on high and medium risk pregnancies. As the clinic drafted an expansion plan for its services, it commissioned MANAUS to develop a framework of social, management, and corporate social responsibility indicators to better communicate its results to stakeholders, including the impact investment community. MANAUS developed these indicators, assisted the clinic with baseline data collection, and helped select a web-based system to house and monitor indicators.
