Since 2015, MANAUS has been working with SHINE to adapt its worker well-being measurement tool for implementation in apparel factories around the world. MANAUS has been responsible, together with SHINE, for refining the well-being survey and for data collection in Sri Lanka, Mexico, and now China. Most importantly, MANAUS works with SHINE staff on company engagement, making the business and social case for measuring and investing in workers’ health and life and job satisfaction. These efforts include the development of knowledge products containing survey results that help tell the well-being story.
