UN Women, 2015
This country portfolio evaluation assesses the normative, coordination, and programmatic work of UN Women in Mozambique. The evaluation consisted of a theory-based cluster design to systematically assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the contributions of UN Women to the improvement of gender equality and women’s empowerment in the country. The evaluation was based on the theories of change developed for the 2012-2015 country portfolio and followed the assessment criteria of the OECD and the UN Evaluation Group
